CSR POLICY

Azadata’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy is about aligning our activities with the expectations of our stakeholders in relation to our economic, social, and environmental impacts. Our stakeholders include our employees, suppliers, clients, and local community. Azadata recognizes that its operations and services have a wider impact, and can therefore contribute to the society in which it operates, and aims to consider this by taking appropriate actions, as outlined in this policy, that are over and above compliance with legal minimum requirements.
CSR Policy of Azadata can be divided into three main areas:

Business Ethics

Business ethics are central to our commitment to CSR: it is essential that our staff act and behave ethically, fairly and with integrity and honesty in all our activities and relationships with our stakeholders. We seek to be honest and fair in our relationships with suppliers and contractors, and encourage them to abide by our standards.

Our People

We recognize that the greatest resource we have is our staff: talented and committed individuals are the key to our Azadata efforts. We aim to promote staff well-being by ensuring they have the appropriate knowledge, skills and technology to do their jobs, and work remotely from their safe and healthy environment. We wish to be an organization that prioritises the well-being of people in an inclusive culture that values diversity.

Local community

We aim to respect the different cultures and rights of individuals in the community in which we operate.
